Floral business is in my blood—three generations deep. I grew up in my family’s florist shop in Ballina, NSW, crafting bows at 5, sweeping floors at 7, and by 10, serving customers and taking orders. By 16, I was managing the shop on my own, learning firsthand the challenges of running a florist business.

I know what it takes to keep the doors open, build a strong team, and balance business with family—because I’ve lived it. Yet, I also know the floral industry lacks real business support. That’s why I became a coach: to help florists work smarter, increase profitability, and thrive in an ever-evolving market.

Even my 12-year-old daughter, Grace, dreams of owning a florist shop one day, reminding me why this work matters.
