I know that the purpose of my business is to give me a better life by providing more money AND more time and I always approach achieving those outcomes in an enjoyable way. I understand that if not all stakeholders are having fun when working with my business then the outcome will be temporary and unsatisfactory.

I consistently learn, grow and master so that I can help my team and clients learn, grow and master too. I am an educator and allow my clients to make their own intelligent decisions about their future remembering that it is their future. I impart practical and useable knowledge rather than just theory.

3.     Ownership …

I believe that I am responsible for everything that I have and do not have in my life. I own that outcome and I look for that ownership in others

4.     Balance …

I have a balanced approach to life, remembering that my spiritual, social, physical and family aspects are just as important as my financial and intellectual. I complete my work and my most important tasks first, so I can have quality time to myself and with my family.

5.     Integrity …

I only say what I believe to be true at the time and I always do what I say I will do. I understand that mistakes and errors can and will occur so communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements immediately.

6.     Gratitude …

I am a grateful person. I celebrate my wins and the wins of my clients and team. I consistently catch myself and other people doing things right …

7.     Abundance …

I am an abundant person; I believe that there is always enough for everyone and that it can and should be shared in that way.

8.     Systems …

I always look to systems for a solution. If a challenge arises, I use a system correction before I look for a people correction. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced and I suggest system improvements at the first opportunity.
